Insurance & Payments
We do not accept assignment of benefits (where we collect from the insurance on your behalf). We ask that you pay for your treatments the same day they are done.
Please provide us with your dental insurance information so that we can file your claim electronically. Most patients receive thier reimbursement within 3-5 buisness days.
Since all dental plans are different, we ask that you provide us with the terms of your plan as well as inform us of any changes to your policy.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, INTERAC, CASH, AND CHEQUES. Payment plans are also available for larger cases. Please speak to our treatment co-ordinator for further details.
We require 2 business days (48 hrs) notice to make a change of appointment. We attempt to confirm all appointments; however, this is not always possible. We never book appointments for patients without their consent.
The fee for missed appointments can range from $30- $90, depending on the length of time you were booked.
If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, as this may not allow us to see the next patient on time.
If we are running late due to complications of someone’s treatment we will attempt to contact you to advise you of the delay as well as to offer you a new appointment if you would prefer.
We strive to respect your time, and appreciate your understanding in such matters.
We will always do our best to accommodate emergency patients the day they call for an ‘evaluation only’ appointment. These appointments take only a few minutes but are necessary to diagnose the problem and determine proper treatment.
If you are in pain, we will attempt to find a temporary solution for you until your scheduled appointment.
